Privacy Policy

This policy describes QBMFX PDF at qbmfx.com. The project is developed by Imran Saeed. For privacy questions, contact support@qbmfx.com.

1. PDF files are processed locally

The available Merge PDF, Extract PDF pages, Rotate PDF and Images to PDF tools read and process selected files inside your browser. The tool code does not upload document contents to a processing server. Processing takes place in a browser worker on your device.

2. Browser memory and downloads

Selected files and generated results remain in browser memory while you use a tool. Use Clear files or close the page when finished. Clearing the selection releases the application's file references; it is not a secure memory wipe. Downloaded results remain on your device until you delete them. We cannot remove files from your Downloads folder.

3. Hosting and delivery information

The website is hosted on Render and uses Cloudflare DNS/proxy services. When loading pages or assets, your browser sends ordinary connection information such as your IP address, requested URL, browser headers and request time. These providers may process delivery and security logs. Website request information is separate from the contents of files selected in a PDF tool.

See the Render Privacy Policy and Cloudflare Privacy Policy for their handling of service information.

4. Google AdSense and privacy messages

The website includes the Google AdSense publisher tag on eligible pages. Google may process IP addresses, device and browser information, cookies or similar identifiers for advertising, measurement, fraud prevention and privacy choices, depending on your location, settings and applicable requirements. These Google requests are separate from PDF processing; our tool code does not intentionally send your PDF contents to Google.

European regulations and US state regulations messages have been published for this site through Google Privacy & messaging. Google determines which message is available to a visitor. A published message is not a promise that every visitor sees a popup.

5. Cookies and advertising choices

Google and its partners may use cookies or similar storage where applicable. Use the Google consent message and its available privacy controls to choose or change preferences. The footer's Privacy and cookie choices button opens Google's revocation flow when its API is available; otherwise it opens our Privacy Settings information page.

Learn about Google advertising technologies, manage preferences in My Ad Center, or read the Google Privacy Policy. Browser cookie controls can affect site behavior and saved preferences.

Theme preference

If you choose light or dark mode, the website stores that preference as qbmfx-theme in your browser local storage. It is used to keep your selected appearance on later visits and is not a PDF upload or advertising profile. You can clear it through browser site-data settings.

6. Accounts, analytics and payment information

The current PDF tools do not require an account, payment details or an application database. No separate Google Analytics integration is included. This does not mean the website makes no network requests: hosting and Google advertising services have the connections described above.

7. Contact messages

If you email support, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. Email providers also process that communication. Send only information needed to explain the problem. Do not send passwords or confidential documents. Contact messages may be retained to handle the enquiry and related correspondence; this policy does not promise a fixed deletion period that has not been established.

8. Sharing links and external websites

Social sharing links open the service you select. The Copy link action copies the public website address; it does not share your PDF. External services handle their own requests and data under their policies. No embedded social tracking widget is needed for these links.

9. Requests and security

Contact support with questions about personal information you have provided directly. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, or complain to a relevant authority. Requests about data controlled by Google or another provider may also need to be made to that provider. No internet service or local device can be guaranteed completely secure.

10. Changes

This policy should be reviewed when hosting, advertising, data handling or PDF-processing behavior changes. Planned offline and installed versions are not described as available until released.
