Files are processed on your device without a document conversion upload. Downloaded PDFs remain where you save them. Website loading, advertising and support requests are separate network activity.

All published website tools are free, with no account-based daily quota or paid tier. Each workflow applies its stated file, page, pixel and execution limits. Device memory can require smaller batches.

Prepare website offline resources while connected and wait for the ready status, then test the needed tools in the same browser. Windows and Edge packages bundle the four tools for offline processing after installation and any required platform runtime.

The Windows app is available from Microsoft Store. An expanded Edge extension update is planned. Website and installed app versions update separately. Contact, store downloads and external links require internet.

The four core PDF tools are joined by 41 Book Center workflows: scans and camera images, ID and photo sheets, printing and page setup, shop documents, and Urdu or OCR tools. The new website tools have their own workspaces and guides. Expanded workflows include basic Word/text/table conversion, editing, form filling, password protection, password-based unlocking and raster redaction. Office scanner control and a desktop printer driver are not provided by the website.

The new 41 workflows belong to the website release. The existing Windows app and Edge extension contain the original four tools and need a separate package release before Book Center tools appear there.

Local OCR needs its recognition worker and language data; Urdu text needs its Nastaliq font. HEIC decoding is included in the main website resource pack. Prepare the required resources while connected, wait for success and test the needed workflow in the same browser profile offline.

Compression targets are best effort. Raster compression and grayscale PDFs contain page images, losing selectable text, links, forms and original digital-signature validity. Check actual result size and readable detail; keep the original PDF.

Cropping changes the visible PDF page area and may leave hidden content recoverable. It is not a secure-redaction tool. Print-layout bleed or crop marks also do not certify PDF/X or professional press compliance.

Standard mode accepts up to 100 files, 50 MiB each, 100 MiB total and 2,000 PDF pages. Large desktop mode accepts up to 250 files, 150 MiB each, 300 MiB total and 5,000 PDF pages. Single-document operations take one input. Image pixel and time limits also apply. Device memory can require smaller batches. Damaged, encrypted or unsupported inputs fail without a download.

Page copying may not preserve interactive forms or bookmarks. Processing can invalidate digital signatures. The original selected file is not overwritten; save and inspect the output separately.

Changing files, file order, page numbers, rotation or batch mode removes the previous download. Process the current selection again to create an updated result. Cancel and clear terminates the local worker.

Use the Contact page and include the tool name, browser, selected batch mode and error message. Do not send confidential documents, passwords or access tokens.
