Open Extract PDF pages →Steps and settings
- Choose one or more PDF files.
- Enter page numbers such as 1, 3-5.
- Create separate results or combine selected pages into one PDF.
Check the exported PDF
Use page positions in the file rather than printed page labels. Inspect the first and last selected pages and confirm that deliberate repeats and page order match your request.
Limits
Page numbers start at 1. The output follows your selection order.
Preserve originals. Editing or combining PDFs can invalidate certificate signatures. See Help and offline setup for resource and browser requirements.
Common questions
Does this change my original files?
No. The tool creates a separate PDF result. Keep the original and inspect the downloaded copy.
Where can I check the result?
Open the preview below the workspace to inspect the first page. Download the PDF to check the rest of the pages.
Can I process a large batch?
The selected batch mode and available memory set practical limits. Start with a small sample and split large jobs when needed.
