PDF tables to CSV
Export a simple text-based PDF table into CSV for review in a spreadsheet. Set the column grouping gap and delimiter, then inspect every row before using the data. This works best with clear aligned columns; a PDF does not inherently provide reliable spreadsheet cells, so complex tables and scanned documents need additional handling. Book centers, freelancers and developers can use this free local workspace without a login or paid conversion API. Keep the original and inspect the downloaded result.

Keep originals and inspect the result before printing. File changes clear previous downloads. Heavy image and OCR work can take longer on a phone.
Using PDF tables to CSV
- Choose a text-based PDF containing a simple aligned table.
- Set the column gap and CSV delimiter.
- Export the CSV and check every cell in a spreadsheet.
Behind the result
Positioned text fragments are grouped into approximate rows and columns using their page coordinates, then escaped into CSV fields.
Free tools for everyday work
Book centers, photocopy shops, freelancers and developers can use this workspace without a paid plan or account. Files are processed locally. Prepare website resources from offline setup before disconnecting; Urdu/OCR also needs the separate pack above.
The Windows app currently includes the original four tools. The expanded tools are available on the website; app and extension updates will be separate releases.
Answers and practical details
Excel compatibility
CSV can be opened by Excel and other spreadsheet programs. Choose the delimiter expected by your locale and check numbers, dates and leading zeros.
Price and accounts
This website workflow is free without a login, subscription or paid conversion tier. Your browser supplies the processing memory and CPU.
Local file handling
Selected documents and generated results are processed on your device. QBMFX does not upload them to a conversion server or save them in a customer database. Hosting, advertising and opening external links are separate network activity.
Offline preparation
Prepare the supported website resources while connected, wait for the ready status and test the workflow before disconnecting. OCR, advanced PDF processing or fonts can need an additional local resource pack. Browser cleanup can remove saved resources.
Installed app availability
The Microsoft Store app and Edge package currently contain the original four tools. Website additions require a separate installed-package release and do not update those packages automatically.
