Screen capture to PDF
Save a permitted screen view as a PDF for a quick reference or customer record. Start capture through the browser’s explicit screen-selection control, or choose an existing screenshot when capture is unavailable. Review the image before saving it because a screen can include private messages, account details or unrelated windows outside the intended task. Book centers, freelancers and developers can use this free local workspace without a login or paid conversion API. Keep the original and inspect the downloaded result.

Keep originals and inspect the result before printing. File changes clear previous downloads. Heavy image and OCR work can take longer on a phone.
Using Screen capture to PDF
- Choose an existing screenshot or start browser screen capture.
- Select the permitted screen or window and review the image.
- Create the PDF with the chosen paper settings.
Behind the result
A user-selected screen frame or local image is placed on a PDF page. Screen capture requires a supported browser and explicit user interaction.
Free tools for everyday work
Book centers, photocopy shops, freelancers and developers can use this workspace without a paid plan or account. Files are processed locally. Prepare website resources from offline setup before disconnecting; Urdu/OCR also needs the separate pack above.
The Windows app currently includes the original four tools. The expanded tools are available on the website; app and extension updates will be separate releases.
Answers and practical details
Capture scope
Check the selected window or screen before confirming. Choose a local screenshot instead when browser screen sharing is unsupported.
Price and accounts
This website workflow is free without a login, subscription or paid conversion tier. Your browser supplies the processing memory and CPU.
Local file handling
Selected documents and generated results are processed on your device. QBMFX does not upload them to a conversion server or save them in a customer database. Hosting, advertising and opening external links are separate network activity.
Offline preparation
Prepare the supported website resources while connected, wait for the ready status and test the workflow before disconnecting. OCR, advanced PDF processing or fonts can need an additional local resource pack. Browser cleanup can remove saved resources.
Installed app availability
The Microsoft Store app and Edge package currently contain the original four tools. Website additions require a separate installed-package release and do not update those packages automatically.
